Congratulations on surviving the Walnut Valley Blue Grass Festival weekend! We are back at it here at Trinity this week with a full 5 days of school.

3 Math – This week we will be learning about subtraction - missing numbers, and 2-digit and 3-digit, and addition word problems.

4 Math – We will be learning about combining in story problems, and getting started with multiplication.

Social Studies – We will be continuing our work in Unit 1 this week.

Science – We will learn about decomposers and create a mold terrarium as a group activity.

5 Math – This week we will be learning about rounding and estimating, average, line graphs, and prime numbers.

6 Math – The 6th graders are learning about the U.S. customary system, polygons, and perimeter this week.

Memory Work:

Luke 9:23 - And he said to all, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.”

1 Corinthians 12:3 - …no one speaking in the Spirit of God ever says “Jesus is accursed!” and no one can say “Jesus is Lord” except in the Holy Spirit.
